Message from the President
As we “march” into the final months of the 2016-2017 chapter year, we’re looking ahead to more networking and CPE opportunities. Last month we held our largest chapter event of the year with more than 150 people attending the annual tax conference. We were also fortunate to raise nearly $2,000 for scholarships with our annual silent auction. Our thanks go out to the contributors and bidders. Read on for more photos and recaps on recent chapter activities.

CCTSCPA Represents YOU at the Capitol
Last month, as part of TSCPA’s Advocacy Day, a group of your chapter leaders visited the capitol to promote TSCPA’s legislative agenda and connect with your local legislators. Advocacy Day is just one piece of TSCPA’s governmental affairs initiatives designed to represent YOU and your fellow Texas CPAs on issues that affect your license, your firm, your company, and Texas businesses.
